The Team

Sundazed Vacation Hospitality is a hospitality service that has hosts that​ represent owners that want to rent their house, condo or cabin to guests. These vacation homes all have different rules to follow, but most rules are the same and are created to ensure the safety of the guest, owner and house. The properties that we represent are well maintained and we hold the owner at the highest of responsibility to take care of them. The same goes with our guests. The team works very hard to ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay at their rental. We inspect all our rentals after guests leave and our cleaners clean the property before other guests arrive. Please ask your host if you want early check-in or if you are going to be having a big party.


​In order to rent​

All houses require a person that is 21 years of age to sign the contract and stay at the house during your vacation. Sundazed does not charge per guest but each house does have their limit of guests to hold. You must let the host know how many guests will be in your party and let them know if any extra guests will be joining you. If you are planning a party at the house your host must be informed. Party's include graduation l, receptions, reunions, bachelor/bachelorette.

  • Contract

    Once contracts go out and are received the guests has 10 days to return the contract with a deposit. Each deposit is different and will be talked over between the guest and their host. During these 10 days the property will be put on hold to ensure that the unit does not get rented out to another guest. The contract and deposit will not be sent to your host, but instead the owner. Our hosts our in constant contact with the owners, so they will know if that contract has been received. If no contract has been received our guests will receive a reminder call. If no contract is still received the unit will go back onto the market. All guests will sign a contract even if they are Airbnb guests or VRBO guests.

  • Payments

    Guests pay a total of three different types of fee. The first fee is the unit fee, which is the fee of the unit. The second fee is a cleaning fee. The third fee is a refundable security deposit. We try to be as flexible as we can with payments on the vacation home, which you can work out with your host. However, the FULL balance of your vacation rental should be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date; unless your host and you have made other arrangements. Security deposits will be sent back with-in 20 days of your departure. This is because of inspection and then mail. Your host should notify you that the house was left in good condition. If there is no security deposit sent back to you with-in those 20 days please contact your host . Other fees might apply dependent on rental ( dog fees, Hook up fees etc....)

  • Rentals them selves

    What we provide

    • Pillows and Blankets
    • linens/towels can be purchased with a package and will be laid out for you when you arrive at the property.
    • We do provide a vacation starter pack for our guests. This will include dish soap, garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
    • All properties include dishes, silverware and pots and pans.
    • Each property has at least one grill and propane provided by Sundazed
